The station platform has a simple structure, with hewn stones layered in two steps on the side built during the second construction stage. Due to the suspension of the Yabakei Railway, it is now being used as a rest stop on a cycling road and has become a popular place for locals and tourists to mingle. It is a valuable place that tells stories about how the railway used to be back then, and this was recognized when the station was selected as a registered cultural asset.
